Title: GORPUTZ GAIXOAK ETA ALTERITATE ESPAZIOAK: EREMU UKIGARRI EDO UKIEZINAK EGUNGO EUSKAL ETA ALEMANIAR LITERATURAN
Abstract: Este volumen pretende investigar cómo la literatura, el cine y el arte catalán, gallego, vasco y mirandés conceptualizan, desde un enfoque corporal, la alteridad.Los capítulos que en él se recogen estudian cómo se construye al Otro desde la perspectiva de las culturas minorizadas y cómo en referencia a este Otro se crean identidades propias.Por otra parte, también se reflexiona sobre cómo las culturas dominantes (la española y la portuguesa, respectivamente) inscriben la otredad en las culturas minorizadas.Así mismo, se examinan tanto los valores que se atribuyen al Otro y cómo se manifiestan a través del cuerpo desde ambas perspectivas, como qué áreas de alteridad se enmarcan en las identidades catalana, gallega, vasca y mirandesa, sus posibles variantes y su carácter pluridimensional.La categoría del Otro es fundamentalmente contextual e irreducible a una simple negación de la identidad propia basada en oposiciones binarias.Las mismas personas, dependiendo de las circunstancias se incluyen o excluyen del grupo propio.En este sentido, la relación con lo ajeno es siempre dinámica.La otredad emerge más frecuentemente y de forma más evidente en las situaciones de crisis, conflicto o cambio.En varias etnias y naciones tanto la cualidad de lo ajeno como los atributos de "lo nuestro" se manifiestan a través de una serie de rasgos físicos, psicológicos o intelectuales, es decir, se encuentran anclados en la corporalidad.Lo que es evidente es que no se trata de una mera representación corporal basada en un estereotipo.La otredad alude a un orden simbólico que se extiende más allá de una metaforización de las características no aceptables dentro de un grupo concreto.El otro a menudo resulta ambiguo, una categoría numinosum (Otto 2001), que une lo reprobable y lo admirable, lo horroroso y lo fascinante, o sea, tiene un carácter profundamente mediador (Benedyktowicz 2001), lo que es más observable en el caso de los otros "internos", como por ejemplo brujos y brujas, locos, vagabundos, personas físicamente marcadas por alguna deformación etc. Se expresa por lo visible y lo invisible, lo captable y lo meramente perceptible, lo tangible
