Solarzellen, die mit dem JK-46-Sensibilisator und einem lösungsmittelfreien flüssig-ionischen Elektrolyten gefertigt wurden, ergaben Ausbeuten über 7 % und zeigten bei intensiver Bestrahlung bei 60 °C während 1000 h exzellente Stabilitäten.
