Most of the ideas discussed so far apply to teamwork within the team as an organisational device and also to teamwork in teams formed to work with particular clients or problems. In this final chapter I want to look more closely at the problems of relating teamwork to clients' needs, and co-ordinating the roles of different team members into a service which is relevant for clients.Read More
