Abstract: arly Childhood Education is an important stage of basic education, in which it allows the contact of the child with the world of reading, writing, stimuli that enable their motor, physical, cognitive, social development, among other aspects.The use of methodological resources for the teaching modality is essential to stimulate interaction, learning and socialization.The recreational resources, such as games, games, stories, songs, arouse the child's interest in the face of the information worked by the mediator.The present study aims to analyze the games and games in Early Childhood Education in their development possibilities for the child.This is a bibliographic, qualitative study, based on different authors, having as a database: academic google; Scileo.LiLACS, among others.Through the realization, it is intended to provide relevant information about the contributions of games and games to the development of the child.
