Title: Performance Appraisal Information System for Intelligent HRM Based on SQL and Data Complexity Estimation
Abstract: Performance appraisal information system for the intelligent HRM based on SQL and data complexity estimation is designed in this paper. Through the above analysis, for data complexity, the first step is to clarify the function query, and then use the query in any database, and then combine the database function to determine the data complexity. Hecne, the SQL model is then optimized, when SQL statements are used on a large scale, the execution of SQL statements one by one obviously does not meet the requirements of efficiency. It is possible to "aggregate" a piece of SQL statement to program a piece of SQL statement as a whole. The enhanced model is applied to the HRM for the systematic evaluations. Compared with the other existing models, the designed model is efficient.
