This phenomenon shows how cyber threats loom over every country without exception. Not a few of these attacks have serious dimensions, because of their nature which tends to damage and endanger national defense. Attacks aimed at crippling and even destroying computing systems related to critical infrastructure can be categorized as a form of declaration of war. Facing this worst possibility, the country needs to have a strong cyber army to deal with it. This research focuses on identifying the capabilities of human resources needed to deal with cyber warfare. The methodology used is a comparative study of the processes and capabilities of cyber forces in various countries of the world. The result is the identification of four main domains of cyber warfare process capabilities that must be possessed by cyber forces in the world, namely: cyber protection, cyber defense, cyber attack, and cyber warfare.Read More
