'分析を用いて試算した。その結果、分析対象地域の東員町と鞆町ではそれぞれ、GSMからのCO2排出量が従来の移動手段より少なく、導入による排出量の削減効果が得られたことが明らかとなった。なお、GSMが低炭素と評価されるためには、東員町と鞆町において、自家用車からGSMへ5.3%、11.7%より高い転換率が必要であることが確認できた。さらに、使用車種や運行形態等が異なる影響により、本試算方法においては、鞆町でのGSMからの利用者1人あたりのCO2排出量は、東員町の3.2倍となった。':
