Its major purpose is to serve as a general simulation tool that can be readily adapted to simulate a variety of command systems and conflict situations. As such, it can aid in the evaluation of performance and effectiveness of command-control systems, operating as vulnerable networks in dynamic conflict with a reactive enemy.Read More
