Title: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE MOST RELEVANT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Abstract: In order to be successful in a competitive environment and to meet strategic objectives is necessary to implement a suitable performance management system for a certain business sector or industry. The performance measurement system based only on financial aspects worked well in industrial era, but now the priorities have changed and the most important sector is the one based on services and information technology. The main objective of the article is to present an analysis of the most relevant performance management systems. This analysis will contain a detailed review of the most used models of performance management, a SWOT analysis for selected models and suggestions for improving them.
