Abstract: This thesis aims to determine the effect directly Leadership Style and
Work Environment on Employee Performance and the indirect influence of
Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance through
Work Motivation as an Intervening variable. This study uses primary data sources
obtained through direct research on the object under providing questionnaires to
respondents. Is a type of quantitative research with a sample of 50 respondents.
Data analysis using Path Analysis or path analysis using SPSS version 23.0
software. The results of the study using Path Analysis namely Leadership Style
have a significant effect on Work Motivation with a contribution of 29,0 %, Work
Environment has a significant effect on Work Motivation with a contribution of
30,2%. Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a
contribution of 26,4%, Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee
Performance with a contribution of 29,5 %. Work Motivation has a significant
effect on Employee Performance with a contribution of 27,8 %. While the
Leadership Style and Work Environment has no significant effect on performance
through work motivation. The results obtained after testing the hypothesis using
the sobel test, the results show that there is no significant effect, so the
hypothesis can be rejected and not proven true.
