Title: Human resources management in the organizations
Abstract: With growing unpredictability and complexity of the environment, the main issue of management is how to sustain the organization ready to respond to challenges and change his environment. In modern market conditions, human resources are the cornerstone of long-term success and a key source of competitive advantage. The paper discusses the basic activities of human resource management. The aim of this paper is to highlight their role and importance for business success and creating competitive advantages of organizations. Conference started with the analysis of the importance of human resources for achieving competitive advantage. Then we describe the most important activities of human resource management: job analysis, planning, recruitment, selection, instruction and development, evaluation of performance and rewarding. In the modern business conditions, the successful company it would be more competition to build the skilled workforce, and less access to raw materials and capital. .
