Title: Partage juridictionnel et socialisation au travail pluridisciplinaire dans la prise en charge des personnes sans domicile
Abstract: Prolongeant des travaux consacrés aux dimensions conflictuelles des relations entre groupes professionnels, cet article éclaire un versant moins documenté, à savoir les formes de coopération induites par les contextes de travail pluridisciplinaires. Focalisée sur la prise en charge médico-psycho-sociale des personnes sans domicile, l'analyse met en lumière les ressorts de cette pluridisciplinarité et ses effets sur les territoires, les groupes et les professionnel·les qui l'incarnent. Elle se traduit notamment par la formation d'espaces hybrides au croisement de territoires institués, propices à la formation d'une culture commune et à la socialisation des professionnel·les investi·es. Nettement marquée par les catégories médico-psychologiques, cette culture témoigne du contrôle intellectuel diffus exercé par les professionnel·les de santé sur la juridiction. Néanmoins, ils et elles sont également amenées à ajuster leurs pratiques vis-à-vis des autres professionnel·les du secteur et d'une population réputée difficile à soigner. En mettant en lumière les modalités du partage juridictionnel, l'article apporte une contribution aux analyses sur la médicalisation en montrant qu'elle gagne à être envisagée comme un processus qui s'appuie sur des dispositifs permettant de l'entretenir au quotidien, plutôt que comme le résultat intangible d'un coup de force initial de professionnel·les de santé.
