Title: The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Talent Management, and Employee Placement on Employee Engagement and Its Implications for Employee Performance: Case Study of Premier Bintaro Hospital, South Tangerang City, Indonesia
Abstract: This study aims at analyzing and demonstrating the direct impact on the employee involvement of transformational leadership, talent management and jobs, direct influence on employee performance and the direct influence on employee commitment on employee performance as well as indirect impact on transforming leadership, talent management and employee placement. It has been found, in this report, that the positive and important effects of transformative leadership, talent management and direct staff placement on worker commitment and on worker performance as well as on direct commitment to employees have been positive and significantly affected. Similarly the positive and important impact on employee success by employee involvement is transition leadership, talent management, and employee placement.
