Self-Assessment: company story talk
Reflecting on one's performance is a natural part of learning, one you have probably already practiced after a test in school or a big event at work. Going a bit further and writing about your self-assessments, whether privately in a journal or formally at work, can help you review your performance, gain insights, and decide on next steps for your development. In the context of a management communication course, writing a self-assessment after having delivered a speech such as the Company Story Talk will help you:
· Evaluate your storytelling and “story-listening” skills.
· Set goals for further improvement.
