Title: The impact of human capital on the organizational innovation، the role of knowledge Sharing
Abstract: Background and AIM:innovation is an important and vital factor for enterprises to Sharing value and sustainable competitive advantage in a complex and contemporary environment.The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of human capital on organizational innovation by considering the mediating role of knowledge in manufacturing companies in the field of defense.Methodology:The research is applied in terms of result, in terms of descriptive purpose and in terms of data type is quantitative.The statistical population of the study consistedof330experts working in three defense companies,based onstratified random sampling,255people were selected using Cochran formula and Morgan table as sample.The tools used in this study included three standard humancapital questionnaires with 5questions,knowledge creation with 6 questions andorganizational innovationquestionnaire with10questions.The content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed byexperts and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed using Cronbach'salpha and thereliability coefficient was higher than0.7.Data wereanalyzed bySPSSand Lisrel software.In the descriptive statistics,the mean and standard deviation were used and in the Inferential statistics section,the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to detect the normal data and KMOtest and Bartlett to assess the adequacyof the sampling.The findings of this study showed that human capital has a significant impact on the mood of organizational knowledge and innovation(product innovation,process innovation and managerial innovation).And thecreationofknowledge inthe impact ofhumancapital on organizational innovation has amediating role.That these relationships are significant at the Alpha0.05 level.Theresults of this studycan beusefulfor betterunderstandingof the predicting factors of organizational innovation and improving it in defensive manufacturing companies and providing a suitable field for research in this area.
