The results showed that A and B lines were completely differentiated from C and D lines at the LEI0252 loci. The mean genetic heterozygosity and the average effective numbers of alleles of B and D lines were higher than that of A and C lines. The four lines were divided into 2 clusters through the result of clustering from D and A genetic distance. The C and D lines were clustered together, as well as the A and B lines.Read More
