Abstract: This working paper presents the 2000 Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) for Colombia. The matrix has an activities-commodities structure, characterized by 59 sectors and commodities, ten households, six types of labor factors, one aggregation of capital input and a differentiated investment between public and private. Although, it can be used for different purposes, such as Leontief’s multiplier exercises, this SAM will be used as a database for the DNP computable general equilibrium models.
