Title: Judicial decision-making in Australia - critique and redemption.
Abstract: This paper is aimed at European lawyers. The paper has four parts -- namely, a description of context being Australian society, and the vast landscape of judicial and quasi-judicial decision makers in Australia. This is followed by a commentary on the repetitive critiques of judicial decision making; and a suggested redemption of such judicial decision making.
