Analyzing the sales planning of ornamental plants and fruit seeds using an optimal combination of patterns that can maximize income. Analyze the problems faced by farmers in implementing optimal farming patterns. This research was conducted in the city of Palembang. This research has been carried out from February to July 2019.
Actual conditions in the ornamental plant and fruit seed farming show constraint functions in the form of capital, labor, land, and maximum unused demand so that in the optimization and post optimization analysis the constraint functions produce slack values. In the optimization conditions, and post optimization did not bring up at all the ornamental plant variables at all this happened because the selling price of ornamental plants was lower than the selling price of the fruit plant variable.
The results of the optimization analysis show that ornamental plant farmers and fruit seedlings have not been producing optimally because there is a difference in income between the optimal state and the actual state. After optimizing the calculation using the qm for windows 3 application for the Adi Jaya depot, it was found to be Rp 1.089.490, for the Budi Prasetyo depot, the result was Rp 16.450.000, and for the Bunga Jaya depot, the result was Rp 11.169.320.
The optimal income that can be obtained after a post optimal analysis is done with the assumption that all production can be absorbed by the market, the selling price and the total cost per seed does not change, the profit that can be obtained by the Adi Jaya depot is Rp 11.436.950, for the Budi Prasetyo depot at Rp 16.450.000, and for Bunga Jaya Depot Rp 11.174.860.
