Title: WITHDRAWN: Modelling of factors influencing on informal learning among school teachers: An ISM-MICMAC approach
Abstract: The informal learning accounts for larger part of learning in workplace. Informal learning depends on learners' interest, based on the motivation to develop, individual action and reflection, and also it does not occur in a formal classroom environment. The objective of this paper is to identify the major informal learning factors among school teachers and analysing the interrelationships among these factors. Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) is used to analyse interrelationships among the factors. MICMAC analysis is applied for classification and ranking of these factors. This paper, results conclude that the driving factors are demographics, autonomy, self-efficacy, love of content area and organization's learning culture, which can highly influence the informal learning among school teachers at their workplace.
