Fundamental research writings dedicated to the unique choral singing (A. Balareva Choral work in Bulgaria from the middle of XIX century to 1944 and Bulgarian Acapella Creativity, E. Krasteva Chamber Choirs in Bulgaria) reveal and define it as a phenomenon. The foundation of children’s choirs after the middle of the twentieth century takes an important place in the development of choral work in the country. They are an example of a Creative Lab, in which it accomplishes really beneficial interaction between composers and performers. The mastery of these choirs provoked the creative invention of a number of composers, proof of which is the large number of choral songs created for these choirs. Characteristic of its richness in melody, harmony, invoice, metrology, choral-performing techniques and successful realization of these songs is undoubtedly possible only by an ensemble of professional vocal and technical skills.The following statement is an attempt to review and describe the processes, which are at the root of the genre children's choral under the conditions of the late Revival. The focus of attention is on the use of choral songs in the process of musical-hearing education. The subject is motivated by the creative interests and scientific research of the author of the present study and is inspired by his practical work as a solfeggio teacher and choral conductor.There is evidence of the use of choral songs for the musical education at the beginning of their existence, during the Revival period, when music teachers create and use their prototypes - school songs of the revival, realizing the possibilities of impact they provide. The specific charge that these songs bear is related to the conditions to their emergence - a time of struggle for national liberation and for church independence, active absorption of European musical traditions, and the new education. These are the songs that lay the basis of the composer's art.This text explores the origin of the genre children's choral as a result of the creative quests of the composers during the Revival, which marked the beginning of its evolution to the composers of our time. The article examines specific peculiarities allowing conclusions on the place and role of the choral song genre in the Revival cultural processes.Read More
