Abstract: The article examines the transformation of the vision of the concept of strategic human resources management from its interpretation as resource management to resource management. The system principles of strategic management are defined. The concept of strategic human resources management is formed on the basis of three groups of principles and levels of strategic management as such. The role of educational programs in strategic management of human resources is considered. The author proposes further vectors of development of the study of the concept of strategic management of human resources of the enterprise.
