Abstract: Digital transformation is an important part of the performance improvement strategies and the modernization of the information system of several companies, including the Moroccan leader in the mining sector, the Cherifien Office of Phosphates – OCP - Group. The quality of the information will make the performance analyses of its industrial units more reliable and allow more relevant corrective action plans to be put in place. Indeed, providing the right information to the right people at the right time optimizes the management and monitoring of the performance of fixed installations on mining sites. This article presents generalities about industrial piloting and presents a case study on the classification of fixed installation input data of the OCP group based on ISA 95 standard.
