Title: Efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a on patients with endometriosis
Abstract: Objective
To investigate the clinical effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH-a) combined with laparoscopic surgery on endometriosis.
Methods
One hundred and forty patients with endometriosis randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery and gestrinone. The patients in the experimental group were given laparoscopy operation and GnRH-a treatment. The abdominal pain, disease symptom score, perimenopausal symptom, relapse, side effects and pregnancy rates before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results
Compared with the control group, the scores of SF-MPQ-2 and AFS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The hot flashes and osteoarthritis scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). The incidence of side effects was significantly lower in the experimental group than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusions
The clinical efficacy of GnRH-a combined with laparoscopic surgery on endometriosis is significant, and it has reference significance.
