Title: QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF JOB SATISFACTION AND JOB PERFORMANCE OF TEACHING PERSONNEL OF ISABELA STATE UNIVERSITY
Abstract: The study investigated the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance of teaching personnel of Isabela State University, Echague, Philippines. The descriptive-correlational method of research was used to determine whether a relationship or association between job satisfaction and job performance exists. The result of the study showed that if the universitys teaching personnel is satisfied with their job, then they will attain higher level of job performance. Future researches may compare between job satisfaction and performance of teaching personnel and administrative staff considering other variables.
