Title: Arterial spin labeling technique in diagnosis of common cerebral disease
Abstract: Arterial spin labeling (ASL) is a new noninvasive magnetic resonance perfusion imaging technology, which mainly reflects microvascular structure and blood flow perfusion information of tissues. Quantitative measurement of cerebral blood flow (CBF) by ASL is of great significance for the diagnosis and differentiation of cerebral diseases. In this article, the basic principles of ASL technology and its applications in common cerebral diseases, such as cerebrovascular disease and cerebral tumor, are reviewed, so as to provide some references for clinical work.
