Title: Therapeutic effect of internal oral drainage combined with open fistulectomy on anal fistula
Abstract: Objective
To study the effect of internal oral drainage and open fistulectomy on anal fistula.
Methods
From January 2017 to October 2017, 80 cases of anal fistula treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine surgery for anal fistula, and the patients in the study group were treated with internal mouth drainage and open fistulectomy for anal fistula.
Results
The effective rate in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P 0.05); after treatment, the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The wound bleeding and wound edge edema scores were significantly better in the study group than those in the control group (P<0.05). The average hospitalization time, wound healing time in the study group was significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusions
Internal line drainage combined with open fistulectomy has shorter postoperative recovery time and less pain for patients with anal fistula, which is worthy of wide application.
