Title: Research advances in the evaluation and prevention of radiation-induced heart damage in breast cancer
Abstract: Radiotherapy is an essential part of postoperative adjuvant therapy for breast cancer. However, postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer poses a potential risk of heart damage. This article summarizes the general information and diagnosis and assessment indices of radiation-induced heart damage and its risk factors, as well as the influencing factors for radiotherapy and effective protective measures.
