'探讨补锌对白内障大鼠血液及晶状体中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)的影响及微量元素锌与白内障的关系.方法用亚硒酸钠复制SD大鼠白内障模型,给白内障大鼠双眼点不同质量浓度的葡萄糖酸锌(C12H22O14Zn)滴眼液,10周后观察各组大鼠晶状体的变化并测定其血清及晶状体中LDH和CuZn-SOD的活性.结果模型组及锌滴眼液组大鼠血清LDH活性均低于对照组,差异均无显著性意义;两组大鼠血清CuZn-SOD活性均高于对照组,其中模型组与对照组比较,差异具有显著性意义;此两组大鼠晶状体LDH的活性均高于对照组,除模型组外,其差异均具有显著性意义;两组大鼠晶状体CuZn-SOD活性均高于对照组,且模型组及高质量浓度组与对照组比较其差异均具有非常显著性意义.结论给白内障大鼠眼内补锌可改变其血液及晶状体中LDH及CuZn-SOD活性,提示微量元素锌与白内障的发生和发展有关。':
