Title: Analysis of the risk factors of depression and life quality in patients with the first stroke
Abstract: Objective To explore the risk factors of the stroke patients with depression and the life quality. Methods 300 patients with the first stroke were divided into depression group and non depression group. The risk factors of depression and the life quality were analyzed. Results The HAMD score of ≥ 45 years old patients was (21.28 ± 6.01),which was higher than that of < 45 years old (16.09 ± 4.15) (t =3.64,P =0.02).Medical burden from light to heavy were(12.53 ± 2.96),(16.11 ± 3.42) and (24.39 ± 6.11) (t =4.02,P =0.01).HAMD score without comorbid had significant difference(P =0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that the influence factors of depression were associated with age, medical expenditure, complications and the degree of nervous function defect and others(OR =1.26,1.19,1.24,1.12,P =0.02,0.01,0.01).BI,FM and AS of the depression group were (57.19 ±6.27),(59.28 ±5.92) and(21.52 ±4.63),compared with the non depression group, the difference was significant(t =4.87,5.46,3.29,P =0.01,0.01,0.02).Conclusion The influence factors of depression were age, medical expenditure, complications and neurological deficits. The life quality of depression group was significantly lower than the non depression group.
