Title: Inspiration on the observation of clinical practice teaching of nursing students in University of Virginia
Abstract: Based on the observation of clinical practice teaching of nursing students in University of Virginia in the United States, the author thinks that its teaching arrangement is reasonable. Adequate preparation before practice and timely feedback following practice guarantee lead its practice teaching effects. Full-time practice teaching partly ensures the improvement of nursing student's comprehensive clinical quality. It indicates that we should improve the clinical practice teaching, strengthen preparation before practice and pay more attention to feedback following practice to enhance the effects of clinical practice teaching.
