Title: Expression and role of miRNA-375 in digestive system tumors
Abstract: microRNA (miRNA) plays an important role in biological processes via regulating gene expression in the level of posttranscription. Increasing number of studies reveal that miR-375 is downregulated in digestive system tumors, and is related to tumorigenesis. Overexpression of miR-375 can inhibit growth and metastasis of tumors through repressing the expression of target genes.
