Title: The clinical analysis of the efficacy of the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with atorvastatin
Abstract: Objective To view the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin to cure unstable angina. Methods 90 cases of hospital diagnostic criteria consistent with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 48 cases and the control group 42 cases. Two groups of patients had conventional treatment(worship aspirin,isosorbide mononitrate, Polivy, etc.), the treatment group atorvastatin 20 mg, per dinner to take a second course of treatment were 12 weeks. Treatment before and after the inspection electrecardiogram. angina pectoris record the number and the average time for each attack, as well as heart rate, blood pressure, blood viscosity changes. Results Clinical efficacy between the two groups were significant differences ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Atorvastatin treatment of unstable angina pectoris accurate, can significantly reduce the morbidity and mortality rates of angina pectoris.
