Title: Observation and nursing of complcation after treatment of complex renal calculi by multi chennel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy
Abstract: Objectives To explore the multiple channel of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of complex renal calculi postoperative observation and nursing of complications.Methods A retrospective review of 2007 January to 2010 January in this hospital multi channel of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of complex renal calculi in 48 cases of patients with clinical data,analysis of the causes of postoperative complications and nursing countermeasures.Results 48 cases of patients with postoperative bleeding occurred in 3 cases,1 cases of pleural effusion,1 cases of ascites,edema of lower extremities in 1 cases,6 cases of postoperative infection with fever,urine leakage of urine extravasation in 2 cases,all patients were treated actively and perfect nursing,cured and discharged.Conclusions Multi channel of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of complex renal calculi after close observation of complications and prompt appropriate treatment,is to ensure that the key to successful operation.
