Title: Intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with retinal photocoagulation for the treatment of macular edema due to retinal vein occlusion
Abstract: Objective
To evaluate the efficacy of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with retinal photocoagulation for the treatment of macular edema due to retinal vein occlusion (RVO).
Methods
The clinical data of 68 eyes of 68 cases with macular edema due to RVO were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, each group contained 34 eyes of 34 cases. The control group were treated with laser photocoagulation and the observation group received laser photocoagulation combined with intravitreal injection of Conbercept. The efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.
Results
After treatment, BCVA in two groups were higher than that before treatment (P 0.05).
Conclusion
Intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with retinal photocoagulation is effective for patients with macular edema due to RVO, and it can alleviate the macular edema and improve the visual function.
