To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) concept in perioperative nursing of patients with pancreatic surgery.
Methods
From July 1, 2016 to May 31, 2017, 100 cases of patients in this department who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy or pancreaticosomatic tail (spleen) resection were selected as the ERAS nursing group. In the perioperative period, the optimized nursing measures based on the ERAS concept were adopted. From July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, 141 patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy or pancreaticosomatic tail (spleen) resection were selected as the traditional nursing group, and the traditional nursing measures were implemented during the perioperative period. The length of postoperative hospital stay and the incidence of perioperative complications were compared between the two groups.
Results
The ERAS nursing group had an average postoperative hospital stay of(13.10 ± 6.59)days, while the traditional nursing group had an average hospital stay of (15.82±10.69)days. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P 0.05).
Conclusions
The ERAS concept applied in perioperative nursing of patients with pancreatic surgery can shorten the postoperative hospitalization time, without increasing the incidence of perioperative complications, and accelerate the safe recovery of patients during perioperative period, which is worth further exploration.
