Abstract: Objective : To study the factors affecting to quality of In-patient medical records by interdisciplinary team in Detudom crown prince hospital, Detudom district, Ubonratchatani province Methods : The study design used a descriptive research. The sample consisted of 101 workers were involved the recording of In-patient medical records using multi-stage random sampling, and 101 In-patient medical records were selected using the systemic random sampling method between February 2018 to March 2018. The research instruments were the medical record audit form and the questionnaires on knowledge in recording in-patient medical records, attitude towards recording in-patient medical records and practice in recording in-patient medical records. The data were analyzed by average, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient test. Results : The finding showed that most of them have knowledge in recording in-patient medical records, attitude towards recording in-patient medical records and practice in recording in-patient medical records at a moderate level at 57.40%, 71.30% and 46.50% respectively. So, the factor of that significantly affected quality of In-patient medical records by interdisciplinary team is were the relationship between age and work experience were positive correlation significant, at 0.05 (r = .941, p = 0.00) that it is inverse to variable of practice in recording in-patient medical records were negative correlation significant, at 0.05 (r = -.202, p = 0.04). By the way, the relationship between practice in recording in-patient medical records and quality of In-patient medical records were positive correlation significant, at 0.05 (r = .299, p = 0.02) Keyword : knowledge, attitude, practice, quality of In-patient medical records
