We review research on laws and policies related to sexualities at work, sexual orientation discrimination, organizational cultures, coming out at work, homonormativity in workplaces, and sexuality under neoliberalism. We also describe scholars' calls to challenge heteronormativity in workplaces, and to queer work and organizations. Our conclusion argues that sexual orientation discrimination should be considered a form of human rights violation, not simply a type of employment discrimination.
