Title: Business process transformation: impact mobile technology and social networks on the business dynamics of the company
Abstract: Abstract The article presents the results of a study of the impact of mobile technology and social networks motivating management to transform business processes to ensure positive business dynamics of the company. Based on the analysis of indicators of the use of mobile technologies and social networks in business, it was revealed that these factors have an effective impact on the business dynamics of the company and become catalysts for the transformation of business processes. It is noted that mobile technologies contribute to a change in the traditional channels of interaction between business organizations and counterparties, a change in the role of consumers in the business process, the establishment and development of the phenomenon of consumer market power through social networks. The authors’ attention is focused on the problem of maintaining the mobile state of the business, which is able to meet the growing demands of consumers in a changing environment. To solve this problem, the authors see the relevance in the development of a culture of organizational change. Increasing the degree of business mobility, which is able to respond in a timely manner to changing consumer requirements, creates a motive for constant changes in business processes. This means that it is necessary to create norms, rules, regulations and standards of changes. The authors propose a phased scheme for transforming a business process.
