These requirements are moving in parallel with the coming climate change and opening up new opportunities for an adequate response. Organic vegetable production relies on natural equilibrium and is based on the use of crop varieties adapted to the changes that are resistant to major pests. This type of cultivation is flexible and gives a real response to the constantly changing conditions that comes from nature and creates balance.
