'd依据症状自评量表和焦虑自评量表的相关内容,结合作者对本研究自行设计调查问卷一套,共14个项目进行自身对照研究,包括:①担心考试不及格.②紧迫感.③感觉睡眠不足或睡眠质量差.④注意力不集中、易疲劳.⑤心情不好、想发火.⑥头、颈、背痛.⑦胃部不适、消化不良,⑧常常排尿.⑨被动注意增强.⑩记忆力差.[11]感到或容易紧张.[12]想尽快把事情做完,[13]易出汗、起鸡皮疙瘩.[14]胸闷窒息感.每个项目由重到轻采用4、3、2、1分的评分方法.将每个项目考试前后得分的样本均数进行对照研究,结果差异显著性采用t检验.结果所有接受调查的护士全部完成问卷,问卷回收100%.问卷第1、2、3、5、6、8、9、11、12项考试前5':
