Title: Prawa człowieka jako warunek możliwości wolności moralnej. Próba ontologicznej analizy wolności politycznej
Abstract: <p>Celem artykułu jest próba własnej ontologicznej analizy pojęcia wolności politycznej z wykorzystaniem rozpoznań i sposobów rozumienia pojęcia wolności (moralnej i politycznej, negatywnej i pozytywnej) na gruncie historii filozofii. Odwołuję się między innymi do trzech znanych koncepcji: 1) Isaiaha Berlina rozróżnienia pomiędzy negatywną i pozytywną wolnością polityczną (<em>positive and negative liberty</em>); 2) Hannah Arendt historycznych analiz związanych z rozróżnieniem między wolnością polityczną i wolnością woli (wolnością moralną); 3) Nicolaia Hartmanna krytyki Kantowskiego sposobu rozumienia wolności jako wolności pozytywnej oraz jego własnych analiz wolności moralnej jako fenomenu duchowego życia człowieka. Na koniec próbuję wykorzystać przeprowadzone analizy do uzasadnienia tezy, że prawa człowieka pierwszej generacji stanowią warunek możliwości wolności moralnej człowieka.</p>
