Title: An Overview to Reputation-Based Data Selection and Extraction for Social Networks and Its Applications
Abstract: A reputation mechanism is a technique using consumer's feedbacks to identify convenient services from inconvenient ones. By comparison, it has beneficial advantages in solving the selection problem for data extraction and web data services. The paper proposes a typology to classify trust and reputation systems by using some principal components such as centralization and globalization. Inspired by these metrics, some methodologies are carried on as well.
