Abstract: The ameloblastoma is a locally aggressive but rarely metastatic odontogenic tumour that usually occurs in the mandible. It is diagnosed most frequently in the fourth or fifth decades of life. We report a case of a 20-year-old female who had a large ameloblastoma in the mandible. Our case is reported because of its rarity in this particular ethnic and age group, its size, and its management, which involved threedimensional imaging, surgical resection and autogenous bone graft reconstruction.
