Title: DC AND THERMAL BEHAVIOROF PEDOT:PSS THIN FILMS
Abstract: A material widely used in organic electronics is the intrinsically conductive polymer poly(3,4 ethylendioxythiophene) doped with polystyrene sulfonate acid (PEDOT:PSS). It is used as a conductive layer, as a hole injection layer in organic lightemitting diodes (OLED's) or as asemiconductor layer in organic thin film transistors (OTFT). In thispaper wefocus on the DC and Thermal behaviorofthis intrinsically conductive polymer (ICP) andstudy the resulting changes ofthe resistive properties.
