Title: The Influence of Expectancy-disconfirmation Paradigm on Revisit Intention among Water Leisure Sport Participants
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to apply of Expectancy-Performance Disconfirmation in relationships among water leisure sport expectation before participation, performance after participation, disconfimation and revisit intention.BR For this research, questionnaires were distributed to water leisure sport participants in Seoul & Gyeonggi-do from Jun, 2014 to Aug, 2014. Convenience sampling 215 samples obtained from method were used in order to analyze the effects. The results of this study were as follows;BR First, Expectation factor and Performance factor of water leisure sport have statistically significant difference. Second, Expectation factor of water leisure sport has a positive effect on expectancy-performance disconfirmation. But only three factors, program, price and staff have a positive effect on expectancy-performance disconfirmation. Third, Performance factor of water leisure sport has a positive effect on expectancy-performance disconfirmation. But only three factors, program, price and staff have a positive effect on expectancy-performance disconfirmation. Forth, expectancy-performance disconfirmation have a positive effect on revisit intention.
