Abstract: In this short article, the author examines love as part of transformative education - a key tenet from Paulo Freire, who was a Radical/Humanist Educational Philosopher from Brazil. Moving beyond Freire's seminal text 'Pedagogy of the Oppressed', the article examines Paulo Freire's principle, the importance of pedagogical space, in relation to education within a Higher Education setting.
