Abstract: 1. Abstract Mesoporous
silica nanoparticles are backbone of nanotechnology; having very appealing
properties such as large surface area, high loading capacity, large pore
volume, biocompatibility. Hybrid MSNs obtain when it combines with other
organic/inorganic nanomaterials demonstrate unique synergies and even greater
versatility. In this review, we will focus on Hybrid Mesoporous Silica
Nanoparticles (hMSNs) that having (theranostic) functionalities i.e., combine
therapeutic and diagnostic function, which create a smart nanocarrier for
controlled release of corgo. Now a day’s theranostic application of mesoporous
silica nanoparticles is one of the emerging part of drug delivery system to
