Biologic treatments for rheumatoid arthritis

Description: Biologic disease‐modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs) have made a significant difference to the lives of people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), in particular those who do not respond to conventional drugs. In this article the authors review the place in therapy of bDMARDs for RA and consider a range of factors that could contribute to further improvements to patient otucomes.
