Social media is more than media, it is a great cultural shift that has profoundly influenced the way society uses the Internet. Social media has changed social interaction and it has also changed the technology and ways of advertising on the Internet. It leds to a new way of communicating between business entities and consumers. Social networks have replaced the traditional media. Consumers want more company engagement and now there is a possibility for that too. This is where social media has a big part, offering fresh and honest feedback in real time. Social media for business customers are created with a goal to attract more users to have higher revenue. To run marketing on social media, it's important to choose the best media and create a marketing plan.
